Wightlink launches its 2020 customer consultation programme

Wightlink’s managers will be out and about meeting customers and listening to their views again in 2020.

This year, they will be engaging directly with commuters and other frequent travellers as they cross the Solent. Managers from several departments will be based on car ferries on the Portsmouth-Fishbourne and Lymington-Yarmouth routes, ready to chat with customers over a cup of tea or coffee. Non-landing foot passenger tickets will be available for people who would like to meet them but were not planning to take a ferry that day. The managers will also spend time at Portsmouth Harbour FastCat terminal.

Wightlink also hosts Customer Forum meetings at Fishbourne and Yarmouth twice yearly. For more information, contact [email protected].

  • 07:00 from Portsmouth
  • 08:00 from Fishbourne
  • 09:00 from Portsmouth
  • 10:00 from Fishbourne
